First time there, won't be back!

I took my vehicle in this morning (with an appointment) for an oil change, tire rotation, and have the radio checked. It is now 9 hours later and I had heard nothing so I called to check. Apparently a part has been ordered, but the fellow doesn't know what it is or when it will arrive.
