We went to The Brick to buy a new couch for our living room. As usual, sales people are ready at the front door waiting to pounce (Janna's dangly worm description is right-on). We got lucky and got a wonderful and incredibly helpful sales lady named Theresa, who seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the right piece for our house at a price we could work with.
