“Learn what DO NOT DISTURB means!!
November 27, 2011Hotel staff doesn't understand what the "do not disturb" door hanger means. On more than one occasio they tried to barge in without even announcing them selves! Thankfully we had the latch on the door. Management was notified but it was obvious they did nothing to rectify the issue.

very convenient for transit passengers like my wife and me.
they offer shuttle service to airport and the breakfast is over standard. The staff was friendly specially Ilsy (from Guatemala). She made us feel welcome.
