Not as nice as last time

Staff were inattentive to my concerns of the room. The room heater was unusually load. There was no way to take a shower without flooding half of the bathroom. The television would turn on and off at a whim, waking me up in the early hours on two occasions.

Great hotel for business trip

Business trip in the Mississauga area. All the people at the front desk were vey friendly. They were knowledgable about the area. There directions along with travel times of my destinations were very helpful. Room very clean and check in and out very fast.

Great hotel for business travelers

I stay at this hotel approximately 70 nights a year on business. I find the staff to be the very best, courteous, friendliy, helpful and geniunely concerned about you as a person and customer. The room are always clean and homie which is comforting when you are on the road a lot.

July 7 2007 we just needed to overnight near Toronto airport and this worked out well. There is a free airport shuttle (hourly) complimentary breakfast (basic) restaurant (inside or outside dining). This hotel was clean and I'm sure it's great if you're staying there to go to the airport. However, if you're staying here to see the sights, you should just shell out the extra money to stay somewhere else. It was quiet and fairly boring. We had to drive at least a half an hour to get anywhere.
