Great Service and Amenities
After a long 12 hour motorcycle trip that brought me to Kamloops, I decided I needed to spend the night in a plush, comfortable hotel. Unsure of what Kamloops had to offer, I thought I couldn't go wrong with a well established hotel chain like Best Western. The hotel is very, very clean and has plenty of staff continuously maintaining the lobby, hallways and amenities. The pricing was competitive with summer rates and my room had all the creature comforts I was looking for. The bed wasn't too soft but wasn't rock hard either, it seemed just right. The washrooms were spotless, the fixtures were quality made and appliances were practically new. The decor was simple but modern and after a long motorcycle ride I was more than happy with everything Best Western had to offer. With friendly staff, competitive pricing, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location Best Western in Kamloops has to be one of the best hotels in the upper Okanagan area.

No complaints. Stayed one night passing through on way back from victoria and I have to say this was 100 times better then any we stayed in there. The room was huge up to date. Comfortable 2 queen and hide bed. Biggest tv we had on summer trip with microwave fridge etc hidden under stand. Quite a few little shampoos conditioner lotion soap, a cloth, mani kit. May 01, 2014Preis-Leistung ok, für eine Durchreiseübernachtung perfekt. Beim Frühstück kann man eine Idee von Land und Leuten bekommen. Wir kannten auch eine Pancake- Maschine noch nicht.
