Wonderful hospitality
May 18, 2012I landed in Vancouver by accident and was taken to Best Western Downtown by serendipity! The hotel is serviced by marvellously helpful and friendly staff, lead by the wonderfully generous and hospitable Ronald. Overall nice hotel but poor service
May 18, 2012The appearance & downtown location of this hotel was great, but they fell short in several other areas. You pay $10 for parking but apparently this doesn't guarantee you a spot. When we came back from dinner Saturday night the entire parking garage was full and we had to park on the street. And still had to pay the $10 charge! Clean, Quiet, Good Value
May 18, 2012My room was a single queen on the 11th floor. I had requested a quiet room away from ice/vending machines and the elevator, all noisy in hotels. And I got it. I was especially grateful for this since I am a light sleeper who hates noise.
