The 12-story Best Western is just a 5-block walk from the theater area on Granville Street at the south end of downtown. All rooms are comfortable, and some have harbor views. The corner rooms are a bit smaller than the rest, but they receive more light. This hotel is not overflowing with amenities, but the rooms are cleanly furnished and the location is convenient. Rooms with a full kitchen... more

Good location, moderate experience

Obviously convenient location, 10 minute walk up to downtown Vancouver.
My sister had a sucky check-in experience when they gave her a room that already had guests in it.
Elevators require card access, which didn't work too well (our cards also had difficulty opening room door).
Underground parking garage has tight turns and spaces.

Quiet and very comfortable

Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver, as it is within walking distance of the shopping area, cinema, the subway stations and quality restaurants. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus that will take you as far as Stanley Park if you wish. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the beds are very comfortable.

Historic British Columbia is a global destination hot spot with Granville Island and Stanley Park just a short drive away from this beautiful Vancouver hotel. Take advantage of the convenient downtown location to start your exploration. Spend the morning strolling along Robson Street and checking out the shops. There are plenty of sporting events to attend - like the country's famous hockey... more
