The 12-story Best Western is just a 5-block walk from the theater area on Granville Street at the south end of downtown. All rooms are comfortable, and some have harbor views. The corner rooms are a bit smaller than the rest, but they receive more light. This hotel is not overflowing with amenities, but the rooms are cleanly furnished and the location is convenient. Everything was quick and easy. It was exactly what we've come to expect from the Best Western brand: Clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. Nothing particularly fancy, but it gets the job done.

Overall, our stay was comfortable. There were some pluses and minuses with our experience here.

On the negative:

The room we were given didn't have a properly working television. So, that was pretty frustrating for a good hour plus trying to get it to operate.

This hotel is a great place to stay at. It's reasonable, comfortable, and relatively close to the city's major attractions. Located on the lower half of Granville (like the Executive) it's a 15 minute walk from here to the waterfront in downtown, as well as close to eateries, cafes, and retail stores.
