Great possibilities...

While the food in Zest is well prepared and tasty, that's where it stops short of being a great restaurant. I have been going to Zest a few times a year for the past few years. Every time I'm there I always have the urge to clean. I can't help looking up at the exposed duct work and marvelling at the amount of dust that can stay up there.
