Unreliable and Unprofessional

When I went to this place for a massage, the massage therapist was excellent (one of the best I've ever had) but for some reason she left. The manager or owner ( I don't know who she is) who sits at the desk made lame attempts to joke with me, which I didn't find funny. ( regardless...I still would have gone back because the RMT was that good).

Several weeks ago, my wife had a massage booked with the same RMT(Christina). When my wife got to the appointment, the manager said that the RMT took a personal day, and that their computer crashed, so they didn't know who to call to cancel their appointments. End result...my wife didn't get her massage that day.

Fast forward a few weeks later, my wife again went for a massage, and when she got there, the manager said that the RMT quit 2 weeks ago.

My first question is, how disorganized can you be that you can't call to cancel an appointment when you've known for 2 weeks that your RMT had quit.

To top it all off, it was my wife's birthday, and she was really looking forward to the massage.

WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.....EVER!!!!
