BAD FLOWERS but even worse attitude and cust. care

Bought flowers for my grandmother and immediately after we put the flowers in water the flowers died, in my entire life I have not seen flowers die so quickly! I brought the flowers back to ask for my money back or an exchange and the lady blamed me for killing the flowers and refused to do anything about the quality of flowers she sold me.
