A whole lotta yoga in one class
Excellent instruction. I haven't felt pain like that in a long time - Jason did an excellent job waking up my muscles. Studios are upstairs. Only recommendation would be for them to make the changeroom doors automatically close as when they are open, the men/women's washroom are virtually indistinguishable. Also, entrance is a bit narrow and crowded but not much they can do about it. Must try and will return.

I have been trying out different studios are town and this studio is one of my favourites! The staff a very welcoming and they have a diverse variety of classes for all levels. I enjoy the hot and vinyasa class most and at times they do get fairly crowded so do arrive early. The studio also offer mat sprays too which is great bonus as I don't have to take it back home to clean afterwards

Great staff, great class selection for all yogis (beginners to advanced)!
Very clean facility, and both a hot and normal rooms.
I am happy to say I have found my yoga home and family. Yay!

As an avid yogi who has practiced yoga for over 8 years, I have had the incredible opportunity to visit almost all of the yoga studios in Canada (based on a previous job at a Canadian yoga apparel company). Yoga Tree is a top contender for me and this is why:
