It's a discount store with a lot of overstock from what I'm guessing are failed businesses. Lots of refurbished items too, and many of the boxes clearly look like they have been opened even if they're not claimed as refurbished.

Lots of cheap stuff on sale - as long as you don't care about the quality of what you're buying. I once bought a hairdryer there for $10, but broke after only a couple of weeks. They sell refurbished items, but I suspect they also sell used items as if you open the boxes on some of the things, they are dirty and are obviously worn. So before you buy anything, open the box and check to see... more

Merchandizes are non-returnable, products are not as advertised, poor customer service.
