Nice products. Service needs improvement

I really like going to this store - they always have beautiful accesories, gifts, cards, and decorations. That said, I am always surprised with the service. In my experience, I have always faced a take-it-or-leave-it attitude from all the staff. If I'm going to be faced with unhelpfulness abnd perceived snobbery, there are many other places to shop.
