Poor customer service
I enjoyed working out at this gym but in Jan 2012 when I asked to cancel and they continued to take money from my account, finally in Aug 2013 I put a stop payment on my account, only to finally get a call back from them and says I was overdue and being sent to collections, be careful to give them your banking information you can join but you are never allowed to leave or stop paying for a service that you no longer want
