Robert is a Hard Worker

My WCB benefits were cut off in 1996. I went to two different lawyers to ask for help, but I was told both times that I didn't have a chance to get anything. I am happy you decided to take my case, because with your help I received back all my WCB retroactive benefits from 1996 and additional supplementary benefits for life. Robert Govaert is the best and I highly recommend his paralegal services.

Accommodating

My parents have limited English and they both had work injuries within a few years of each other and could not return to any type of work. The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) said my dad could return to light work and cut his benefits and WSIB denied entitlement for my mom’s injury and this created a serious financial problem. I helped my parents find about 5 other lawyers to help and paid them up front, but my parents received nothing and were told they couldn’t win. A personal injury lawyer in Toronto told me they don’t take WSIB cases and recommended Robert Govaert, a paralegal, with Workers Compensation Advocate. Thanks to Robert Govaert, both my parents won back all their compensation benefits owing over 6 years with ongoing benefits. When WSIB implemented the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) decision, Robert recommended a further appeal and won more benefits owing. The WSIB appeal process is very complicated and takes a long time, so I am glad we had Robert Govaert on our side to take care of my parent’s claims. I hope this review will help others, I recommend you call Robert Govaert if you need help.

Highly recommend

I was totally disabled following my work related motor vehicle accident (MVA), and I was allowed Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits and long term disability benefits, but the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) determined that I was fit to return to work and closed my file. I was unsuccessful with my appeals with a WSIB lawyer and a paralegal for over 5 years, until another injured worker recommended Robert Govaert from Workers Compensation Advocate in Toronto. Robert Govaert took my WSIB case and helped prove that I was not fit to return to work after my work related MVA injury and I recovered 7 years of retroactive benefits and ongoing monthly benefits to age 65 from WSIB. If your WSIB benefits were reduced, stopped or cut off, I highly recommend you contact Robert Govaert, from Workers Compensation Advocate in Toronto.
