Today I went in to get Paragiano-Reggiano cheese specifically. The woman in charge of the deli section told me that the store was no longer carrying this item. I'd like to let you know that I buy this regularly, as I shop regularly at your establishment. Why have you discontinued this quality item? There is no substitue for this type of cheese.
