The guy running the desk didnt seem to know how the computer system worked or was having difficulties with the computer system and it took us over someone half hour to pick up the rental trailer.

The wiring harness was in horrible shape with lots of bare wires exposed.

I was also not impressed that i could not arrange a sunday pickup so had to pay for an extra day as we had to pick up on... more
