We have been regulars at Westmount bilboquet since it opened and we were quite happy. This year, we are super disappointed. It no longer has heart. The prices jumped, the serving size shrunk. There are less flavours , the ice cream has chunks of actual ice in it and the cones are dated. We thought it was a one off, but the last 4 times we went it was the same. It feels disorganized also. Wonderful melt in your mouth ice cream. I had the Choco noisette and for a chocolate lover, it was delicious; the stuff dreams are made of! Seriously ;) Please open a location in Toronto. We need you there! :)
