After another long day on the room, the Westgate was a welcome sight. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. As a smoker, I was surprised that they had 2 rooms set aside for us. Gladly took him up on his offer.

Poor customer service
April 17, 2014Stayed here in April along with 4 other families for a tournament. The rooms were ok. They were clean but the beds were hard. We had gathered in our room for pizza and conversation.
