Not very professional...and very insensitive...shameful
I have been going to this dental office for many years and really love the dentists but some of the staff are very unacceptable. The last straw was telling me that the dentist could not fix my daughter's cavity because she goes elsewhere to get her teeth cleaned. They love going to Countryside Dental to get thier teeth cleaned and love the girl who cleans thier teeth. Well at Westdent It must be nice to decide for the doctors who thier patients should be without even discussing it with them. The "very nice lady" on the phone told me that I had to agree to take my daughter there for all treatment if they were to fix her cavity. Oh well, they lost the business for the dentists because my husband, oldest daughter and myself will be taking our business somewhere else..because we will never go there again. These so called "desk clerks" should be spoken to..and just for the record I found a fabulous office in sydney who were more than glad to take my little girl and fix her tooth..Oh and another thing..its nice to walk into a dentist office and have someone say hello and smile....Have a wonderful day....
Great staff
I've been going there since I was a little girl. Great staff and location. Very professional.
