Unfortunately some home owners are uneducated in how a retail store operates. We are not the manufacturers. This means that we do not make the product, the manufacturer does. Therefore when you get a warranty it is not from the retail store it is in fact the manufacturer?s warranty. this place has ripped me off for the last time. They have price gouged more then once,this last time they told me the burners would be in in 2 days ,then a month ,then they were back ordered.The real kicker is they wanted $93.00 a piece and told me that was there cost,funny because I found them in vancouver for $30.00.. watch out these's guys are CROOKS
