I have been using WCA to service all the appliances in my B&B for 7 yrs. They have been quick to respond, fairly priced and professional and friendly to deal with. They are popular and busy so it can take a few days to get an appt but thats life..... more

Not that long ago my washing machine's drum came to an abrupt stop. It's happened before and another service company was fantastic, but when I called I got a voice telling me my hold time would be 15 minutes. I equate that to a long wait for a repair.
