TERRIBLE SERVICE: called and requested a cab at 4:05pm for an important meeting I had to make, was told one was on the way. At 4:35 called back to check status of cab, was told it would just be another minute or two. Some may argue that all Ottawa taxi cabs are the same. That may be the case but I find that the West-Way drivers are far more friendly and helpful than Capital and Blueline.

I first used West-Way during our lovely two month long winter transit strike (AMAZING fun let me tell you...!) and I find the men and women of West-Way to be kind and considerate. They didn't mind stopping at a bank... more
