Why one star for a liquor store that my recently deceased husband and I have purchased $ thousands from over the many years we have lived in WV? Because they, or rather the one fellow I spoke to this morning, has sadly forgotten what it is like to be a decent human being. Just came in here for the first time and had an exceptional experience. I'm not usually expecting much when I walk into a liquor store, but we were instantly greeted jovially by Simon who seemed to have a serious passion and knowledge of beer.
