The frappés here are delicious! Outside seating is dog-friendly with a nice view. Wraps and sandwiches here taste fresh and with lots of variety. Keep in mind it can get busy so service may be slow and seats can get taken up quickly.

Love this place! I could eat here everyday. Try the hot avocado chicken wrap with sundried tomato mayo only gave 4 stars because the room is a bit tight and you end up eating your meal next to the people in the line up (which there always is one since everyone loves this place) but all in all, I always come back.
