good and best no.1 docters with poore front desk
i always goes to this clinic docters are BEST PROFESSIONELS HELPFULL GOD BLESS THEM VERY GOOD GUYES but same time staff is not helpfull at all today 06 march i went 9am for walk in clinic they 80minutes wait but unfortunately i have an other appointment............new west 5thAve then i was there 11.40am again i got served 2.40pm because they forget me or they dont want to send me i request several times ............MORE OVER FRONT DESK NEVER HAVE NAME TAGS all staff is not bad very good may be one or two not professenal i dont know whome to inform......over all it is best cinic, jatinder............front desk need to be controlled,,,,,,,,,,,,,

As someone who used to work in the building as a professional, I can tell you that all the reviews are true. Every patient is treated the same way: no care, inconsiderate staff, lost results, extremely long waiting times, rude remarks and more.
Some of the doctor are great, but even the good ones leave the clinic due to how it is run. The staff turnover is very frequent. This is why most of them have no clue where files are, how to answer the phone and how to conduct themselves.
If you can go anywhere else, please do so...

The first and only time I will ever go to this clinic! I went because it is very close to my neighborhood but I will definitely make a longer trip to avoid this nasty clinic. The office hours are from 8:00am...I arrived shortly after 8:00 and waited at the reception desk for a good 10 minutes while the two staff busied themselves at the back and completely ignored me. One of them didn't come to the desk until the phone rang, at which point she huffed over to the phone, picked it up and rudely said, "Welcome Clinic, hold please!", then she just looks at me and barks, "There's no doctor until 9:00 so you'll have to come back". What is the point in being open at 8:00 if there is no doctor until 9:00??? I sat back down and basically had to listen to the receptionist complain to her coworker and SWEAR in front of patients...completely unprofessional!! Eventually I left to get a coffee across the street and came back at 10 minutes to 9:00. When I came back there were 5 staff there working and every one of them was rude!!! I overheard their phone manners and was completely appalled!! When the receptionist called me up to take my information she just waved at me and said, "Come here for a minute. Gimme your care card and picture i.d."...WTF? Rude!
Dr.Toma was ok, considering I only saw him for about 5 minutes.
Overall the staff at this clinic are rude, unprofessional, disorganized, flippant and condescending. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
