Terrible experience

I hired Wallace to install a chain link fence in my back yard. What a mistake. The installers themselves were knowledgable and did a good job however dealing with management was awful. I had to make arrangments to complete the install with some arrogant j@!%!*s named HANS. He put on a phony act like he was trying to be nice but he was nothing but insulting. The poor installers showed up dead tired to install the fence at 5pm and told me they already completed three jobs that day. They worked so hard to finish my fence. They were almost done when Hans pulled up in his 60 thousand dollar truck. He made some snooty remarks about how they should have been done along time ago. Yet he was all clean and dressed perfect with not a hair out of place while the installers were black with dirt and soaked in sweat. Then he had the nerve to complain that there truck was messy. I guess I just don't like companies that treat their employees like this. I talked with Hans on many occasions and it was very clear to me that he knew nothing about fencing. That makes it even worse when I think about how demeaning he was towards the installers. So the only reason I would recommend this company is because the installers did know what they were doing and did do a great job. But having to deal with management ruined my experience.
