Great Service
I called several electronics stores shopping around for a specific model plasma TV. Visions Electronics in Burnaby was the only retailer that was willing to make a deal right away. The sales staff were very friendly and professional. Although their sales staff are paid on a commission basis, they was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. They provided their normal extended warranty as well as other optional products suited for my needs. They gave me a deal lower than the actual sticker price and far better than other retailers. Another great upside was that they prepared a display model for me prior to visiting the store, so I can see the actual model before I make my purchase. I will continue dealing with Visions Electronics in the future, their staff is great and their selection is extensive.

I have no intentions of ever stepping foot back into a Visions ever again.
I came in looking for some information about a product I wanted. I was looking at prices and how much install could be. I was in the research stage, not the buying stage.

I went here to buy some bookshelf speakers and the sales person was on me like a shark in the ocean looking for a bleeding wallet in a humans pocket. I didn't have that wallet. But, he tried anyway.
He put the lamest CD into the system so I could listen to it through the speakers and it made every speaker sound really bad. My guess is they were all really bad speakers already. Of course, they...

Bought a flat screen from here 2 years ago as the TV in the living room needed a serious upgrade (TV from 1991).
