Vin Room West...beautiful but room for improvement

I have eaten at the Vin Room west several times alone, with my husband and with friends and with a group. The location is very good, although the patio isn't ideally situated along a busy highway. A tall screening wall would help separate the patio from the road and reduce both noise and fumes.
