I have very good input on a LOT of the Vietnamese restaurants in town. Me and my friend went through a period where we toured the city's vietnamese restaurants, critiquing each. Every Saturday and Sunday, and whatever we could manage on the odd week day lunch hour. Really it was pass / fail for each restaurant, though failing doesn't mean it's terrible just that I wouldn't go back, compared to the other restaurants in town. I always order one of 4 dishes to compare each restaurant and here I've had the "loaded vermacelli" dish, with noodles and lots of toppings. It was a bit above average, and had a nice amount of sauce to make it not too dry. I probably wouldn't return, but it was quite okay food so don't avoid this place or anything.
Considerably more than just pho, but the pho is excellent. I have eaten Vietnamese soup (pho) in many places, but Vietnam Restaurant is the best. My brothers and I have been to this restaurant on multiple occassions to partake of the Pho tai. Always tastes fresh and very hot. Decent portons as well. The salads rolls are excellent. The price is quite fair.

I absolutely disliked the ambiance , the air reeked of urine . The food tased very bland, and the service was extremely poor. No one comes around to check if we are ok, or if the food was good, or if we wanted any seconds.
