new elantra
Last week I took delivery of my new Elantra. I am from Victoria and have been researching for awhile.
i was nervous to go into Victoria Hyundai because of some of the bad reviews that I had seen, but as they are the only Hyundai dealership in town i went anyway.
They treated me very well, it took a couple of visits to strike a deal, but they managed to make me feel at ease. I confirmed the pricing that they had given me with the dealer in Duncan and found it to be comparable, so I agreed.
It seems that everyone in the dealership is new, they are all fresh and energetic. Jody, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, I even got to meet the dealer Steve on delivery. He took me on a quick tour of the service area and introduced me to the service people. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.
The only complaint that I have is that the parking out front is very tight. I guess that this is OK though considering that they are located in a tight spot, quite close to downtown Victoria.

August 20, 2011ha ha ha ha i love watching people with bad credit complain when they cannot get approved. Like it is the dealerships fault.. when I am looking to get a vehicle in the future I am not going to look at forums like this which have uneducated people. Pay your bills before you blame car guys

Worst car dealership that we have been in victoria
August 11, 2011We don't recommend you go to this place. We walk in to see the Santa Fe and get a salesman on our back right away like everywhere else. We went for the test drive and the salesman worked on numbers when we came back. They insulted us with the trading price of our vehicle which was the lowest of all dealership we went by far.
