Make a note of this service....
Last weekend our dog became very ill, middle of the night. We knew he needed medical care asap. Experiences with vet emerg clinics in past.... nothing short of a nightmare! This time we called VETStoronto, were told to come right in. No waiting, saw doctor, put dog on iv and kept him there. Over next few days had constant updates from er docs. Tech staff great. Costs same as other emerg clinics. But VETStoronto cared about our dog, and us. And showed it. Couldn't ask for anything more. A week later the doctor called to check on the dog. Will never consider another emergency vet clinic after going to this one. Keep it in mind.

Great care for your sick pet!
February 03, 2011I'll start by saying I don't really like emergency vet clinics, too many bad experiences. However, this one changed my mind. Two weekends ago our dog needed emergency care, middle of the night, couldn't wait until morning. We were familiar with the day clinic that houses this service but the er docs were new to us.
