Don't know what happened to Robert. He came looked at the job and assured me he would do the most urgent part within a week and the remainder two weeks later. He never came and has not answered phone calls, emails or pleas. Just silence. A month later I am now looking for someone else. Cannot say he is good or bad just frustratingly unreliable.
