Travelled to Thailand, and the rates at the Thai airport and local kiosks were substantially better than VBCE rates. Yes VBCE probably has better rates than banks, but you might get a better rate exchanging in your destination. This is especially true for USD, which is in high demand in Asia... more

Chronically long lineups every time I come here no matter the day or time. It's getting harder to swallow the good exchange rates when you have to waste half an hour or more waiting in the confusing and constricting lineup. I'll look elsewhere to exchange $ next time.
