I took my laptop into these guys because it kept switching off.
After 1 day of them having my computer they charged me 20$ for taking out the battery, and putting it back it and running my updates. No I'm not exaggerating! Of course that didn't fix the problem. I may be a woman, but I did all that before I brought it to them.
I wouldn't give these guys any stars, but yelp won't allow that.... more
