Great place
Value Village is a great place to buy used clothing and other household items.
Watch your returns
I returned a pair of slacks for $3.99 and purchased a top for $5.99 in place of it. The top ended up not being appropriate either, so I took it back, but they wouldn't give me the $5.99 credit when I returned it for something else again. Said I was only entitled to the $2 difference. Made no sense because the value of the $3.99 was returned in the top along with the $2 cash paid extra. I couldn't get the manager to see reason so left the $5.99 top, receipt, etc. Have not been back since.
My sister also had a bad experience with a return because they said the item being returned didn't match the sales slip, even though she'd just bought it the same day she tried to return it with the slip and the tag was still attached to the blouse. They wouldn't do anything to help her and said she could just "donate" the blouse back again.
NOT a good experience for either of us on 2 separate occasions within the same week.
Prices a bit high, but you get what you pay for
Best selection and quality of used clothes in Fredericton. Prices sometimes seem to be high for used clothing though.
