I agree with Starkie and Benoit, I have known Valentine since the early nineties, since Valentine was on 1st street SW, downtown Calgary. It sounds to me that their Service Department have not changed a bit. I haven't been there since 2010, I find they where and still are careless, I have similar or worse stories to tell you.
