I avoided this chain for the longest time because of the word "barn". After all, I didn't move to Toronto so I could pretend to live in the middle of nowhere. Descriptions like "rustic" or "country living" make me uneasy. Fortunately, Urban Barn is decidedly modern, free of farmyard smells, and boasts great customer service.
