Honestly this is the WORST UPS store that I have ever been to. I sent a package to the States via overnight delivery and paid close to 70 CAD to do it. I trusted that they, as an international shipper of packages, would get it there as they promised. I wish they had a self-serve kiosk. Several times I've come in here and had to wait a while. It's not that the line is that long, it's just that there's never more than one person working, and sometimes it takes a while.

When I mail internationally- I wait in the line, just to get the paper to fill out, then wait some more for my turn again. So speed is not the reason you come here.
