Service is terrible. I have had multiple packages get returned to the shipper because I was never notified they had arrived. However, the UPS website will say they "attempted to deliver".
Service desk reps don't seem to know where your package is even when it's sitting in their office. This is not a problem with either Canada Post or Purolator.
I called this place to try and arrange to have my package delivered. All they would say was "I don't know...you have to call UPS head office." My package was SITTING in their store, and they couldn't even tell me whether or not it was possible to send it out for delivery again.
Recently I had a very small package that I wanted to send to the states in a timely manner. I was told "either three or four days", which would've put it there on a Tuesday at the latest. I decided to pay the 28$ because timing was important to me.
