The customer service at this location is atrocious. The man that served me doesn't seem to know what he was doing at all! When I went to pick up my package, he just briefly looked for it at this disorganized shelf and after less than 5 minutes, he told me that the package is not there and I would have to go home and track it online. Went there this morning to pick up package that i receive no notice for, and while the store should be opened at 8:30am it was still closed, with people waiting outside freezing. How can UPS have such a low standard of customer service in Toronto? Never had any issues with their service while i was living in the US. Now i "tremble" every time Amazon ships through UPS.
