never again!!!!!!!!!!!

If you looking to be taken for a ride that's equivalent to a rollercoaster at wonderland this is a great company to deal with.
Ask for assistance from a professional plumber and what you get is a bunch of excuses when there's a problem. Don't be fooled by the warranty. They don't honour it. When you have a problem they will come up with any excuse to difuse the situation and tell you that it is your fault for not explaining exactly what you expected of them. I hired a professional plumber to do a job, what I got was a taken for a ride. Please make sure that you don't make the same mistake I did.
