Poor management

I was a employee there and got written up for being late on a day off. i came in at 7:00 in the morning. A week later i had gotten fired for Not fitting in. the company is all owed by family and are very competitive. a few of the owners are very cheap and dont want to fix safety issues.I am glad i am not working there. its there loss and they lost a good employee its just too bad they will have a hard time keeping future employees. Any employee thats not family will never "fit in there"
