Zero Customer Service
I called several times during business hours on different days and left 2 messages before finally getting a call back from the owner, Jackie. I never mentioned Groupon until she called so this is the way she responds to all clients. She said she was no longer honouring the upgraded Groupon, which included a mani/pedi. I said, no problem, just refund the difference and I'll have the original offer of shampoo/cut/style & colour re-touch. She said she would only issue a credit for the difference. When I declined, she said: "Why, aren't you planning on returning"? I told her, I don't think I should be forced to commit to that until I've had the opportunity of experiencing your service for the 1st. time.

If I could give 0 stars rating I would
It takes more than 2.5 hours to get a haircut there
and quality of the cut is worse than at first choice haircutters . She should not be calling her a stylist .

great little salon
I purchased a living social certificate at a great price. I called ahead to confirm that I understood all the fine print (my daughter has long hair) The lady was very polite and informitive. When we went for our appointment I found the salon was a little gem tucked away in the south east end of Newmarket. My daughter was nervous about having her hair cut and reshaped but Jackie was wonderful. She boosted my daughters confidance and gave her an outstanding cut. We will be back and I highly recommend this salon to anyone. Clean and cheerful. And an overall pleasure!
