Very fiirst time with u-haul - very unsatisfactory experience,
September 22, 2011When booking, I was very concerned the total bill would exceed $200,the limit on my credit card. First contact with an agent -(one of a least five)- shouldn't exceed $200. EXCEEDING $200 WAS MY BIGGEST CONCERN. Not once did any of the agents mention cleaing fee of $25 and tax. Even on leaving the lot desk, there was not mention of cleaning and tax. I wish there was a no stars rating
August 02, 2011After completing my move with UHAUL REGENT of Winnipeg in June of 2011, I shortly thereafter received two collection notices from a debt collection company; what for? I have no idea! Uhaul had my address in Alberta, but for some reason choose to send me extra charges via a collection agency without invoicing me first. Thanks for messing up my credit rating without even sending me a Uhaul... more
