Nice intimate atmosphere
The atmosphere is nice. We dont go often, but when we do, we always order tapas. The tapas with the braised short ribs is to die for!
Good tapas menu
I've only tried their late night menu. Everything was very tasty. I recommend the focaccia pizza. A nice addition to downtown. Don't expect to eat cheaply
surprised
Had been there awhile ago and didn't find anything to rave about. However this time it was quite an improvement. Enjoyed it!

Excellent food, excellent atmosphere! My New York strip was amazing and perfectly cooked to my satisfaction. The grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes were great and the service was exceptional :) also loved the mini tapas board.

Easily the best restaurant in Prince George. Good service, great menu, quality wine list. An attention to detail sorely lacking elsewhere in town. Try the tapas, try more than one of the starters (but don't miss the Bruschetta). Don't miss this restaurant!

I'm going somewhere with this.
A recent visit to The Twisted Cork solidified my confidence that it's one of the city's premiere eating establishments. It also enforced a previous theory that it might by schizophrenic....
