They rip you off!
I ordered an 80cc bike engine kit from the company. Shipping was fast, prices are fair. They do NOT care about their customers. They neglected to include my clutch assembly cable. I brought this to their attention and they proceeded to tell me they've packed thousands of these kits and never misplaced a piece. They the proceeded to blaim Fedex, saying they must have opened the box and taken it out. The box was taped on every seam and wrapped in shipping plastic. They said they would open a dispute with Fedex. If you don't order things off of the internet often you probably don't know. But a dispute with Fedex takes 2 weeks. I was not willing to wait for 2 weeks to ride my bike again. I opened a Paypal dispute to try to get the money back ONLY for the cost of the clutch assembly so I could buy it elsewhere. They denied it and emailed me saying they will never sell anything to me again and that I'm a bad person. Long story short, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
