Consume Beware
Once TRX RV has your money watch out. They are a shady bunch to deal with. When we picked up our trailer they rushed us through the delivery inspection. Needless to say once we got the unit home we found issues. Everything from the wrong windows to things that did not work. TRX would not return our call or emails about the issues and we had to deal with the factory directly to get resolution. Also watch out for all the extras they try to charge. Consumers do not need to pay Doc charges....if your not told about them when the offer is first made. I wish anyone like when dealing with these grease balls.

I've been to RV stores in Saskatchewan and nothing compares to Trx RV. They are very knowledgeable about their products, friendly and have that customer first attitude. The prices are reasonable and they always carry what I'm looking for.
We Enjoyed Great Service!
We purchased a new unit in 2013 from TRX RV due to good selection and great pricing, but had some concerns about after-sale service due to hearing from numerous people that the service was not always good at the store.
Our personal experience was the exact opposite. We enjoyed great service from the start, and this summer when we discovered a fridge issue the day of departure to BC we talked to Tom and he had us pull right in to the service area and they immediately fixed the issue , allowing us to enjoy our vacation. I heartily recommend TRX RV, Tom and the entire staff to anyone looking for an RV themselves.
