Unhealthy lock

Had a new lock put on my back door and with in months it quit working...It now is just a decoration.

Misinformation

I'm simply trying to get a key cut. That's all. Talked to someone on the phone who gave me times they are open on Saturday. I went and waited, and waited, and waited. Then I called again. They are not open on Saturday. Not a great customer experience.
