Dirty filthy conditions

Left my dog with these people for 10 days over the holidays. Was promised a freshly washed dog and bedding upon pick up. My dog lost 5lbs and stunk to high heaven as if she was forced to sleep on the peed bedding that was never cleaned. Not to mention the guy on duty losing all the dogs from the yard when he went to get my dog. He was running all over the wooded property trying to retrieve them all. This place is a joke. Never again.
