OK, but a little disappointing

My teenage son LOVES pasta. To celebrate a special achievement, I took him out for a father-son night and TripAdvisor, which usually does me proud, suggested Trattoria Caffe Italia in Ottawa Little Italy area (Preston Street) would be a great choice for pasta.

Had been to Trattoria Caffe Italia numerous times in the past - always for dinner - and always enjoyed it immensely. In fact, had given it a 5-star rating. Recently, booked it for 6 people for lunch. We were in Ottawa for 4 days and happened to discover that there is a "Little Italy" in the city.
